So I stumbled upon a disturbing thing while I was looking around on the Internet. Apparently you can take the cremated ashes of a loved one or a lock of their hair and the LifeGem company will make a diamond out of it for you. That sounds absolutely creepy to have the remains of someone parading around on your finger. I get the concept, but I'm still creeped out by it. I just think the money would be better spent on something to honor the person's life, like a donation to a cause or something that the deceased was passionate about. What do you think?
